He asked...I said, "YES"!!!!!!!

Hmmm...Most of you have heard the news, but I am going to tell you again!!! On Tuesday, July 13, 2010..Mr. Pat Kenaan aske me, Scarlot Verrazzano, to be his partner....of coarse, I said "YES, YES, YES"

Pat & I met one day while exploring. I was getting quite bored with my Second Life, so I thought I would start a hobby. I have always been interested in the photography side of SL, just didn't know where to start. I decided to explore various sims to practice taking some photos and play with windlight settings. I was at Fotoscope Island messing with the various poses that they have situated around the sim. I found a tree stump, sat down and started to read a book (ever see that pose)...anyway, this guy says..."Hello"..."I'm sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you". Needless to say we spent the rest of the afternoon together. We had a really nice time. We looked at Korgi's Gallery and even had a photo contest amongst ourselves. :)

Fast forward a couple of months ....Pat & I are owners of Thorndale Gallery. Pat had a vision, he shared it with me and together we made it come alive. It took a lot of hard work, and we work on it every day...but we know now that together we can accomplish anything.

Those of you who know Pat will agree that he is a sweetheart. He is always willing to help anyone, and is always friendly. There may be a side of Pat that you may not know, but I have been fortunate enough to get to know...and that is Pat as a teacher. Pat is so patient, kind, caring, the list is a mile long. One thing I know...he is genuine!! He encourages me and not just in a boyfriend kind of way. He encouraged me into writing these blogs, and will give me hints or suggestions as to how to make them my own. When I am in a mood...he has found a way to calm me down...and he doesn't always agree with my viewpoint (grrr) but he lets me be me.

Second Life is definitely looking up for me these days... with my friends, Thorndale Gallery, and now Pat as my SL Partner...it can only get better!! There is a saying... When you least expect it!! I never believed that...but I do now!! Thank you Pat for all you've brought into my Second Life!! You have made me soooo happy!! I LOVE YOU!!
